Refund policy

everything we sell is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color, or change of mind. please check the size guide before you check out.

if something arrives wrong, you have 14 days after receiving your item to let us know.

to report a problem, contact us at support@mdnghtco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

damages and issues
please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 14 days if the item is misprinted, damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. we'll review it and send a replacement or issue a refund. if we need the item sent back, we'll tell you how.

lost packages
if tracking stalls, or says delivered and your order isn't there, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

exceptions / non-returnable items
because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for wrong size, fit, color, or change of mind.

we also can't refund or reship orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

exchanges
we don't offer exchanges. if you need a different size or item, place a new order.

refunds
if your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
